Google Body Browser

Came across this on Twitter yesterday. Wish this resource was available when I was in college. A feature that might get overlooked is the search feature in the top right hand corner. Just start typing a body part and it instantly zooms in to that area just like the instant search on Google.

In the future, I would like to have more information on the actual parts. Instead of just identifying the parts, I would like a definition on what it does. In addition, I would like to be able to click multiple parts and create printable images. It would be awesome if I could select the muscles that are trained with certain exercises and create posters for them.

I have to anticipate that new features will become available. Google is great about releasing Beta versions of everything and letting real people refine their products.

Have no idea what this is about, but the creativity is very inspirational. It really allows you to think outside the box when designing. When I do presentations, I am guilty of striving for the wow factor, even if it redirects the focus from the actual presentation. I like when people want to know how I created something.

The people who created this really did an amazing job.
